   Choose the GIS format appropriate to the downstream application.

   Prepare the export

   Wait for package preparation and any authorized attachment downloads.

   Keep the complete result

   Save or share the full ZIP, preserving Data, Media and catalogues together.

Before you start

• An iLands account with access to the relevant records.
• Available actions depend on edition, plan, device and sharing role.

Good to know

• GeoPackage retains full answers and embedded original media alongside the external Media copies.
• Shapefile geometry is grouped by type, with full answer JSON and a field-name mapping preserving long content.
• These are copies, rather than live editing access.
