One step at a time.

Select authorized responses and prepare a complete package in the format needed.

1. 01

   Select the response scope

   Use Export response from details, or Export responses on the form dashboard for several records.

2. 02

   Choose Format

   Select PDF, CSV, GeoPackage or Shapefile ZIP.

3. 03

   Tap Prepare export

   Wait for required authorized attachments to become available and for package preparation to complete.

4. 04

   Save or share

   Use Save to Files or Share export and retain the entire ZIP with Data, Media and its catalogues.

Before you start

• An iLands account with access to the relevant records.
• Available actions depend on edition, plan, device and sharing role.

Good to know

• Exports contain respondent identity, selected answers and sensitive geometry. Review recipients before sharing.
• Every format produces a ZIP containing Data and original Media, including CSV. CSV lists filenames rather than embedding attachment bytes in spreadsheet cells.
• PDF displays photos/signatures and lists videos or USDZ filenames; their original files accompany the report.
• Missing or invalid attachments prevent a partial package from being offered.
