Keep incomplete work private on the device and check synchronization when submitting.

1. 01

   Choose New response

   Open an accessible published form and create a separate response.

2. 02

   Complete answers and map

   Fill required questions and the configured map. Use Save draft or Save draft on this device for incomplete work.

3. 03

   Submit and check sync

   Tap Submit response when ready. Local saving occurs first and attachments upload before final sync; use Retry sync if offered.

4. 04

   Reopen your work

   Use Continue draft or Edit my response, then Save changes for an existing submission. Use New response for another separate record.

Before you start

• An iLands account with access to the relevant records.
• Available actions depend on edition, plan, device and sharing role.

Good to know

• Drafts remain on that device and are not sent to the author. A submitted response cannot return to private draft status.
• Only the respondent edits their own answers. Authors can review synced submissions but cannot alter someone else’s answers.
• Device suspension can delay queued synchronization.
